Operations at scale

General Manager experience across lottery retail, supporting hundreds of thousands of customers and hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions.

I work at the intersection of AI strategy, governance, engineering, and business operations. As Corporate Development Manager and Head of AI at Jumbo Interactive, I lead the organisation's AI direction, responsible AI framework, and adoption initiatives across products, operations, and customer experiences.

My focus is on turning fast-moving AI capability into practical, secure, and scalable systems. That includes setting governance controls, evaluating risk, designing AI-enabled workflows, and helping teams use LLMs and agents in ways that are measurable, reliable, and aligned with real business needs.

I bring hands-on engineering depth to that work. I have a strong background in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and full-stack web development, and I spend a lot of time building with LLMs beyond off-the-shelf tools. I am especially interested in agent orchestration, tool use, evaluation, governance, observability, and the runtime systems that make agentic AI dependable in production.

Before moving into my current AI role, I led large-scale retail and lottery operations as General Manager of Oz Lotteries, supporting hundreds of thousands of customers and hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions. That operational background helps me connect AI strategy to the practical realities of risk, compliance, customer trust, stakeholder alignment, and measurable delivery.

I enjoy working across technical and non-technical teams to make complex ideas usable. Whether I am writing code, shaping policy, mentoring teams, or mapping a new AI opportunity, my goal is to build systems that are useful, well-governed, and robust enough to earn trust.
